1. What are your major products?
We are a professional LED lighting fixtures manufacturer in China. Our major products are T8 LED fluorescent tubes, T10 LED fluorescent tubes, T5 LED fluorescent tubes, flexible LED strip lights and other LED lighting products.

2. What are the applications of your LED lighting fixtures?
Our LED lighting fixtures are mainly applied to city lighting, indoor and outdoor decoration, advertising engineering, industry and commerce lighting, residential lighting, stage lighting projects, lighting and decoration of entertainment places, etc.

3. In comparison to other LED lighting fixtures manufacturers, what is your technical advantage?
1. Our flexible LED strip lights have no polarity and can be connected arbitrarily.
2. Our LED fluorescent tubes adopt high brightness chips and have the features of high lumens, high lighting efficiency, long service life and high energy-saving. The glue pouring waterproof products adopt PU glue water, which is resistant to UV and won't turn yellow after a long time.

4. How do you manage the quality control in the production of LED lighting fixtures?
According to the ISO standard, we have established a complete set of quality control and traceability management system in the inspection of raw materials, production, after sale service and inspection of instruments. This system effectively ensures the production process of our T8 LED fluorescent tubes, T10 LED fluorescent tubes, T5 LED fluorescent tubes and flexible LED strip lights is under strict control so as to achieve stable and reliable quality of our LED lighting products and avoid a large number of defective products. Meanwhile, if some problems are found in production or sale, it is very convenient to trace back to the possible causes and adopt relative measures, which makes it possible to provide satisfying products and service for customers.
At present, we are importing a set of ERP production management system. After this system is established, all domestic and overseas orders can be inquired, which will make the whole quality control and tracing process easier and faster.

5. How do you control the cost in the production of LED lighting fixtures?
a. The engineering development department works out the production flow with reasonable working hours and working efficiency.
b. Develop some suppliers with good service, short delivery date, high quality products and competitive price.
c. Before using each kind of material, ensure the correctness of materials. For all orders, the first product should be confirmed. If necessary, compare the first product with the sample to avoid defective products and waste of raw materials.
d. Turn off the power of all testing instruments when they are not in use or when work is over.

6. Which countries have your LED lighting fixtures been exported to?
Europe: Germany, France, Russia, Britain, Poland, Holland, Italy, Austria, Spain, Finland, Hungary and Denmark.
America: America, Canada, Brazil and Peru.
Asia: Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and India.

8. What kind of after sale service do you offer?
We offer product tracking service in two years and three years warranty. During the warranty, we provide full insurance for the first two years and paid maintenance in the third year.
